Payment & Cancellation Policy

💳 Payment

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • You can pay securely via PayPal through the Calendly scheduling link.

  • Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and link for your session.​

🔄 Rescheduling

  • I understand that things come up! I’m happy to reschedule your session if you let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a $15 fee, as I reserve this time just for you.

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not show up for your session, will not be refunded.

⏰ Late Arrivals

  • If you join late, we can still use the remaining time of your scheduled session, but the session will end at the originally scheduled time to honor other clients.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.
